Account Executive

As CoffeeCup is on its way towards its Series A, the sales organization is looking for an Account Executive focused on mid-market to enterprise prospects in the IT Professional Services industry (all big logo Software Implementation Companies who implement SAP; Salesforce, AWS, Snowflake, and many more). We want you to start as a operator and grow into the pioneer of a well-oiled sales machine at CoffeeCup. As Account Executive, you own the full sales funnel: from identifying and qualifying leads to bringing them to the finish line. Our software suite is catered to automate IT consulting project lifecycle planning with time tracking, project planning, team staffing and profitability controlling. We seamless integrate into modern ecosystems with Hubspot, Salesforce, Jira, Asana and Billing tools. We are starting in the DACH region and are expanding throughout Europe. So working proficiency in German and English is a must.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working with the Founders and Head of Sales on building and scaling the go-to-market strategy for CoffeeCup.
  • Identifying customer pain points and astutely reading the triggers and underlying needs of each unique client. Furthermore clarifying understanding by asking for examples, illustrations and anecdotes.
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of the customers needs during conversations.
  • Delivering insightful, educational presentations how customers can achieve IMPACT with CoffeeCup and clarifying the emotional and rational impact
  • Appropriately challenging and reframing customer business problems to align with our solution.
  • Developing a network of deal stakeholders to assist in identifying and persuading economic, technical or user buying influencers.
  • Directing the customer interfacing relationship with C-level contacts, crafting the proposal, pricing and negotiating the deal to completion.
  • Helping to improve CRM setup, updating the CRM with deal information
  • Sharing deep partnerships with Customer Success and Product to meet customers’ needs.
  • Pursuing and cultivating leads to generate new opportunities and increase pipeline.
  • You own your pipeline: proactively tracking and improving key metrics and providing weekly / monthly reports.
