Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
We are a rapidly growing SaaS B2B company looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, a proven track record of customer success, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our product
- Understand our customers' business goals and help them achieve success through the use of our product
- Proactively monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Onboard new customers, providing product training and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform
- Be the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and working with internal teams to improve our product and service
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce customer churn and increase retention
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Our Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role within a SaaS B2B company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Proven track record of customer success and achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with customer success tools such as Intercom, Gainsight, or Zendesk is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
